Mandy – Office Manager

Mandy brings over 23 years of experience in the dental field, including 21 dedicated years with Sarauer Family Dental. Her extensive background and long-standing commitment to the practice reflect her passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Born and raised in Fond du Lac, Mandy values being part of a close-knit community where relationships and trust are foundational. She is grateful to be a member of the team at Sarauer Family Dental and finds it especially rewarding to work alongside such a skilled and compassionate group of professionals.

Mandy takes great pride in helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and well cared for at every visit. Her approachable nature and dedication to excellence contribute to a positive experience for patients of all ages.

Mandy is married and has three children who keep her busy with their sports and school activities. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends.

Rozalin – Patient Care Coordinator

Rozalin began her career with Sarauer Family Dental in 2000. After taking a six-year break, she returned to the practice, bringing with her years of experience, warmth, and positive energy.

She enjoys being part of a team that values compassionate care and strong patient relationships. Known for her outgoing personality, Rozalin helps patients feel comfortable and well cared for, whether she is assisting Dr. Sarauer in the back or supporting the front office.

Rozalin is married and is a proud mother of three college-aged daughters.

Maegin – Registered Dental Hygienist

Maegin began her dental career as a dental assistant in 2016. She went on to earn her Registered Dental Hygienist degree from Fox Valley Technical College in the spring of 2021, followed by a bachelor’s degree from Marian University in 2023.

She joined Sarauer Family Dental in the fall of 2021 and is passionate about educating patients on oral health while building lasting relationships with them and their families.

Outside of the office, Maegin enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or exploring northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula. She also loves traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.

Alayna – Registered Dental Hygienist

Alyna graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and gained three years of experience as a dental assistant before becoming a hygienist.

She has been a valued member of our dental team since 2024 and strives to make every patient feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. One of her favorite parts of her career is building lasting relationships with her patients.

Outside the office, you’ll often find Alayna walking her dog or spending time outdoors. She enjoys staying active through paddle-boarding, hiking, and making memories with her family.

Brittney – Registered Dental Hygienist

Brittney graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 2014 and has been providing exceptional care as Dental Hygienist for more than 11 years.

She has been a valued member of the Sarauer Family Dental team since 2017 and is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to creating a comfortable, relaxed environment for every patient.

Brittney takes pride in building genuine relationships with those she serves, helping patients feel at ease while promoting lifelong oral health.  Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Nate, and their two sons, Kobe and Maverick. She can often be found cheering them on at baseball and hockey games or spending time with family and friends.

Lindsay – Registered Dental Hygienist

Lindsay is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been providing patient-focused care since graduating from Fox Valley Technical College in 2007. Lindsay became a member of the team in April 2026. She is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through education, preventative care, and personalized treatment. Inspired by her own childhood dental hygienist, Lindsay knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in dental hygiene.

Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and their three active children who keep the family busy with baseball, soccer, basketball, and football games throughout the year.

Ellen – Certified Dental Assistant

Ellen was born and raised in Chicago and graduated from the Bryman School for Dental Assisting in Chicago/ She has been a Board-Certified Dental Assistant for over 30 years and maintains her certification through ongoing continuing education and brings decades of experience to her role.

Ellen joined Sarauer Family Dental in 2021 and values working in an office where integrity and patient-centered care are always the top priority. She enjoys being part of a team that consistently strives to do what’s best for each patient, which is what makes Sarauer Family Dental such a rewarding place to work.

Outside of the office, Ellen can often be found in her art studio creating watercolor pieces inspired by nature and animals, or spending time outdoors with her dog. Most of all, she enjoys sharing laughs with her husband, two adult children, son-in-law, and grandson.

Nicole – Dental Assistant

Nicole has been a valued member of the Sarauer Family Dental team since 1996 and brings over 30 years of experience as a dental assistant. She enjoys working in a friendly, caring office that prioritizes staying current with the latest dental technology while ensuring every patient feels comfortable and at home.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys crafting, spoiling her two cats, and spending time with her husband at their cozy log cabin in Hillsboro, Wisconsin.

Olivia-Dental Assistant

Olivia graduated from Winnebago Lutheran Academy and is currently pursuing her education to become a dental hygienist. She joined Sarauer Family Dental in September 2025 and brings over a year of hands-on experience as a dental assistant.

Olivia is passionate about expanding her knowledge of dentistry and enjoys learning through assisting in a positive, team-oriented environment. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for during their visits.

Outside of work, Olivia lives with her parents, sister, brother, and two cats. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, downhill skiing, and making lasting memories with friends and family.
